During my time with the Baltimore Ravens as a Marketing: Fan Development and Activation Intern, I was responsible for creating and contributing to digital communications to enhance fan engagement and Ravens events. I wrote and published e-newsletters aimed at promoting upcoming events and recapping past activities, with intentions of keeping fans informed and excited about the Ravens’ offerings.

I assisted in overseeing the Ravens Walk partnerships parking form, coordinating logistics for over 30 partners each home game to ensure a smooth and organized experience. I also produced detailed game day task schedules for our 21-member Marketing Event Staff (MES), using Excel to track operations and ensure that every activation ran efficiently. This experience allowed me to refine my organizational and event coordination skills, while contributing to the overall fan experience at each home game.
