In September 2023, I joined Hornets Sports and Entertainment as a Marketing and Game Presentation Intern for the Greensboro Swarm, taking on a variety of responsibilities both in-office and during home games. One of my first major projects was co-leading our annual Fan Fest event with two fellow interns. I helped create the run-of-show script, schedule activities, set up stations, and coordinate with the host. Seeing weeks of planning come to life during the event strengthened my leadership skills and boosted my confidence in managing large-scale initiatives.

I also contribute to the game program, designing creative pages and incorporating engaging content for fans. My work has helped increase program engagement, and I am motivated to continue enhancing its reach. Additionally, I manage the team’s mascot request process, coordinating appearances for Swarmy and ensuring smooth communication with outside organizations.

As part of my role, I captured photos and videos of fans, players, and partner activities during games. I regularly document key moments, including two game-winning plays by Trevon Scott and Jaylen Sims, and create post-game graphics highlighting the player of the game, updated statistics, and visual content for social media.
