My name is Pedro Dudley Jr., a 2024 graduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Mass Communication with a concentration in Multimedia Journalism. I have returned to my alma mater to pursue my MBA in General Management. Originally from Garner, North Carolina, I am driven by a passion for the Events, Marketing, and Business Operations.

Over the years, I have actively pursued opportunities to grow and gain hands-on experience in my field. In Summer 2022, I interned with Major League Baseball in New York, contributing to the MiLB Business Operations team. In Fall 2022, I participated in the NFL HBCU Experienceship program, gaining valuable insight into football operations. In 2023, I served as a Sports Management intern with NCAT Athletics, helping launch the inaugural social media and marketing team for NCAT men’s basketball. My journey continued with the Houston Texans as an Event Experience Training Camp intern, the Greensboro Swarm as a Marketing intern, and the Baltimore Ravens as a Marketing: Fan Development and Activation intern. I am currently serving as the Live Events and Activations Coordinator for the Atlanta Falcons.
